Frequently Asked Questions

Visit our Job Search page and narrow down your job search based on your interest. You can enter in a keyword (i.e. Customer Service), geographical location, or choose to filter by a job field or level. All jobs matching your search criteria will appear. Once you’ve selected a position of interest, click on the “Apply” button and complete the application process by filling out your profile.

When you apply for a position at UnitedHealth Group your application is available for other recruiters and you may be considered for other positions other than the one you have applied for. If a recruiter thinks you are a good fit and matches you with another position you will be advised via email that you have been matched. You will then have the possibility to review the new position and see if that interests you. If you are interested in the new opportunity, you will have to complete your application for this new position. If you don’t complete the application in the time that was provided to you, your matched submission will then be canceled.

Click on “My Dashboard” at the top right of any page and login using your username and password. Once logged in, you will be able to see your submissions followed by a job status note that states where you are in the application process. This information is available to you at all times and we encourage you to check periodically so you know where you are in the process.
